Job Description

The Employment Recruiter plays a vital role within our recruitment agency by sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating candidates for a variety of placement types. Reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager, this position supports a dynamic talent pipeline while partnering closely with clients to ensure optimal placement outcomes. The role requires a strong focus on communication, organization, and data-driven recruitment practices, with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels to meet client requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients efficiently
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and candidates during the recruitment process
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews to assess fit
• Post job openings on relevant platforms to attract talent
• Support onboarding processes for newly placed candidates
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing placement needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Proven skills in candidate sourcing and interviewing
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to analyze recruitment data effectively
