Human Resources Operations Specialist

Hands-on HR operations work focused on HR systems accuracy, consistent compliance processes, and process improvement across the employee lifecycle.

• Administer end-to-end HR lifecycle processes, including recruiting, onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
• Act as a trusted HR point of contact, fielding employee questions related to benefits, policies, and HR operations.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records for employees; generate standard and ad hoc HR reports.
• Coordinate payroll change inputs with Finance to support timely and correct payroll updates.
• Administer the employee benefits program, including open enrollment activities and employee education.
• Support ACA compliance and reporting through benefits administration and related HR operations.
• Assist with compliance efforts, audits, reporting, and required employment and benefits filings.
• Contribute to ongoing process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen HR operations across the organization.

• 2-3 years of experience in an HR operations, HR coordinator, or HR administrative role.
• Employee benefits administration experience, with exposure to ACA compliance and reporting preferred.
• Hands-on experience using HRIS platforms; familiarity with Paycom is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent processes with competing deadlines.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to visit primary branches on a rotating schedule.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and maintain a strong commitment to excellence.
• College degree in Human Resources
  , Business Administration
  , or a related field (preferred); HR certification or in-progress (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
