- Assist with recruiting activities for manufacturing and office positions including pre-screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews, coordinating pre-employment activities such as background checks and drug screening, etc.
- Assist with recruiting events including organizing, preparing, and participating in job fairs and campus recruiting as needed.
- Assist in company training, such as New Employee Orientation, Harassment Prevention, Ethics, and other Human Resources related training.
- Assist with maintenance of confidential employee & applicant information utilizing various HRIS systems.
- Assist with various employee events including organizing, preparing, and participating in Employee Round tables, Service Award Luncheons, etc.
- Perform research and assistance for various Human Resources and Benefits related projects as needed.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.
- Student working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field for entire duration of internship.
- Ability to work full time (40 hours per week) throughout the summer.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize while working on numerous projects and tasks.
$18.00 - $37.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
