The team is hiring a Senior Network Engineer to take ownership of designing, implementing, and optimising enterprise-grade network solutions. This role will involve ensuring the security, scalability, and resilience of network operations, while also leading technical initiatives that directly support critical healthcare services.

Responsibilities- Design, configure, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
- Implement and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching solutions in large-scale networks.
- Manage network security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control systems.
- Support and optimize wireless network deployments, ensuring coverage, capacity, and performance.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide proactive solutions.
- Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and security hardening projects.
- Document network configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and IT staff.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency with Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Wireless solutions.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and technologies.
- Experience with firewall management and security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex network issues.

Skills: - Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine)
- Cisco DNA Center
- Cisco SD-WAN
- Palo Alto firewall administration
- Aruba Wireless solutions
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, PCNSE, ACMP)
