• 5+ years
  in data analytics or BI, witha track recordof
  turning ambiguous executive asks into crisp, actionable outputs
  .
• Financial services interest and experience
  —you know or are eager to learn consumer credit/lending funnels, portfolio KPIs (applications, take rates,approvals, fundings), and revenue drivers.
• Technical toolkit:
• Advanced SQL
  for complex joins, window functions, performance tuning.
• Python or Rfor analysis and light statistical modeling (e.g., logistic/linear regression, segmentation, time series).
• BI/Visualization:Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; dashboard design obsessed with clarity and usability.
• Business acumen & communication:You canunderstand the key drivers of our business as well as our customers and lenders,
  frame trade‑offs
  , tell a
  tight story
  with data, and produce
  executive‑ready decks
  and dashboards.
• Delivery mindset:Comfortable
  rolling up your sleeves
  —scoping, extracting, cleaning, modeling, visualizing, and presenting without heavy hand‑holding.
• Nice to have:Experience with Snowflake/Redshift/Big Query/Databricks;dbt; basic ELT/automation; experimentation design; CRM data (Hub Spot/Salesforce) and product telemetry.

• Translate executive briefs into analysis plans
  , define hypotheses, metrics, and decision criteria; drive analyses from concept to executive readout.
• Build andmaintaincore dashboards
  that track revenue, financing attach/penetration, funnel conversion, cohort behavior, churn/retention, and operational efficiency.
• Design and write programs/queries
  for
  data extraction, segmentation, and statistical analysis
  on large datasets (primarily SQL + Python/R).
• Deliver succinct insights and recommendations
  to senior leaders; create
  clear visuals
  and narratives that enable fast decisions.
• Establish data quality standards
  and guardrails; partner with Engineering/Product/Finance to improve upstream data.
• Lay foundations to scale
  : document methods, introduce lightweight processes, mentor future hires; evolve into a
  player/coach
  as the team grows.
