Position: Project Manager Non Tech 4

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Project Manager Non Tech 4 to join their team. As a Project Manager Non Tech 4, you will be part of the Content Strategy and External Communications team supporting internal and external content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager Non Tech 4
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $59/hr to $63/hr on W2
Daily

Schedule:

40 hours/week, no OT. The role may only have enough work for 30 hours/week some weeks
Contract Duration: Will extend through December 2026 to provide coverage for an FTE on leave, unsure of extension past 12/26.

What's the Job?
  • Own day‑to‑day planning and execution for content strategy work streams, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
  • Establish and run recurring cadences such as editorial planning, production standups, and approval meetings to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional partners to align on requirements, routing, and approvals, proactively surfacing tradeoffs and recommending solutions.
  • Manage request intake, maintain a prioritized backlog, and ensure work is scoped with clear outcomes, owners, and due dates.
  • Track content performance and program health, building dashboards and insights to inform future planning and improvements.
What's Needed?
  • 8‑10 years of experience in program/project management, supporting content strategy, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliver projects on time.
  • Strong knowledge of content lifecycle, editorial judgment, and audience segmentation.
  • Experience with measurement, reporting, and basic analytics/dashboarding to assess content performance.
