Senior Microsoft 365 Copilot Architect; SME

Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert to join their team. As a Senior Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert, you will be part of the Innovation and Digital Transformation department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert

Location: Remote

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement a Microsoft Copilot proof of concept across a multi-tenant enterprise environment.
• Design and oversee the technical architecture for Copilot integration within Microsoft 365 applications.
• Partner with security, compliance, legal, and business units to ensure secure, measurable, and aligned outcomes.
• Lead user adoption strategies, develop training materials, and facilitate enablement initiatives.
• Produce executive dashboards and strategic recommendations for scaling solutions.

What's Needed?

• 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft 365 engineering or architecture with multi-tenant exposure.
• Hands‑on experience deploying Copilot for Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and data governance.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview policies, data lifecycle management, and compliance tools.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Graph connectors, and security‑by‑design principles.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing complex POCs and stakeholder engagement.
