** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide oversight and support for day-to-day JDE production operations, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of new functionality, enhancements, and customizations within the JDE environment
* Oversee development of integrations and automation using JDE Orchestrator and related tools
* Lead system upgrades, ESUs, and testing efforts
* Manage and prioritize a backlog of support tickets, enhancements, and project work
** Team Leadership & Development
*** Provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day direction to a small team of JDE developers
* Support workload coordination and task prioritization across the team
* Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to development standards and best practices
* Contribute to performance feedback and team development in partnership with the Manager, JDE Platform
* Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
* Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation practices, and change management processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, stability, and scalability
* Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One
* Strong experience with JDE development tools, including OMW, FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN, and Orchestrator
* Experience supporting a production JDE environment
* Strong understanding of JDE modules, including Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Service
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing developers or technical team members
* General understanding of JDE CNC concepts and system architecture
* Experience with integrations
* SQL and reporting experience
* Experience with JDE upgrades or large-scale implementations
