We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant in Muskego, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be initially responsible for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) globally. After completing this, you will be enhancing our clients data security, implementing new strategies, and ensuring seamless integrations of our SAP tools. You will also be expected to serve as a bridge between various teams and the SAP consultant to resolve SAP-related concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Standardize SAP operations across all office locations

• Collaborate with various teams to develop an SAP planning strategy

• Redesign report usage to prevent repetitive system issues

• Serve as a liaison between technical and functional teams to resolve SAP-related concerns

• Propose enhancements to enrich user experience with SAP

• Plan for the system upgrade from ECC6 to S/4 Hana

• Integrate Salesforce with SAP, Dynamics, and CPQ and assist in maintaining SharePoint and Driveworks applications

• Begin in operations with a long-term aim to move into Finance FICO, OTC

• Ensure high-functioning integrations of our SAP tools

• Implement new strategies to enhance our data security.

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of an ERP/CRM Consultant or similar position.

• Demonstrable skills in Client Side Scripting and CRM.

• Must have profound knowledge of Databases and Business Process Functions.

• Ability to document business requirements effectively.

• Proficient in Configuration Management.

• Extensive experience with SAP is necessary.

• Familiarity with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) Software is a plus.

• Proficiency in SAP FICO is a plus.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
