Seeking a Siebel CRM Support Analyst to provide application support, incident resolution, and data analysis. The role involves supporting Siebel operations, assisting in migration to Salesforce, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Siebel CRM, resolving incidents and service requests
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Support data migration activities from Siebel to Salesforce (ETL, validation)
- Collaborate with business users for data insights using SQL
- Participate in CRP, UAT, and production rollouts
- Configure Siebel components (Business Objects, Applets, LOVs, MVGs, etc.)
- Monitor system performance and ensure SLA compliance
- Create technical documentation, mapping documents, and SOPs
- Support defect triage, testing, and deployment activities
- Work within Agile methodology and contribute to sprint deliverables
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Siebel CRM configuration and support
- Solid SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience in CRM data migration (preferably Siebel to Salesforce)
- Knowledge of testing cycles (UAT, CRP) and defect management
