Job Description

As Site Deployment Administrator, you provide administrative and coordination support for critical facility deployment activities, ensuring documentation, access, and logistics are execution ready. This role supports infrastructure planning by gathering data, performing analyses, and identifying performance issues to aid in optimizing capacity and scalability. Collaborates with team members, shares planning updates, and communicates status updates to ensure alignment. Assists in applying standard site design elements, reviews historical data for patterns, and supports validation activities.

Monitors risks and dependencies during deployment phases and escalates issues as necessary.

• Track deployment documentation, schedules, and approvals.
• Coordinate site access, onboarding, and badging for deployment teams.
• Support asset tracking, work orders, and turnover documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready records for deployment activities.
• Interface with deployment leads, vendors, and site operations.

• Experience supporting construction, deployment, or facilities programs.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
