Compensation: DOE
Experience- Minimum of 5 years working experience with People Tools technology in People Soft HCM and FSCM.
- Experience working with People Soft Human Capital Management (HCM) 9.2 and Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2.
- General understanding of underlying data structures and database tables supporting People Soft HCM 9.2 and FSCM 9.2.
- Strong SQL skills and experience creating and managing queries in People Soft Query Manager.
- Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple People Soft implementations and support for complex applications, processes and reports.
- Comprehensive knowledge of People Soft technology framework (People Tools, Integration Broker, Fluid UI, Reporting Tools, Workflow, Life Cycle Tools).
- Experience with People Soft Integration tools and integrating People Soft applications with third‑party applications using web services.
- Experience with HCM Tax Updates, Oracle Critical Patch Updates, People Soft PUM Updates and People Tools Upgrades.
- Support People Soft ERP system through application development efforts, including analysis, design, build, test, implementation, and support of reports, interfaces, and extensions.
- Ensure the Development Section process, standards and structures are implemented, adhered to, and improved upon.
- Prepare detailed analyses, plans, diagrams, and procedures within a technical design document for existing and proposed People Soft applications.
- Assist business analysts and users in defining projects or problems, assessing feasibility, and providing estimates for solutions.
- Determine effort involved in implementing new systems or enhancements to existing systems due to changes in user requirements, legislative mandates, new software releases, or equipment configuration changes.
- Suggest technical solutions to enhance business processing efficiency of existing and/or new processes.
- Demonstrate developed functionality to functional teams prior to implementation of new or revised technical systems and provide advice and guidance during implementation.
- Perform on‑call or scheduled after‑hours work as required.
- Train and mentor staff.
- Attend work regularly in accordance with agency leave and attendance policies.
- Comply with all applicable agency policies and procedures, including safety and conduct standards.
- Communicate respectfully and work harmoniously with all coworkers, customers, and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, with ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
