Job Description
Automation Lead – Milwaukee, WI (Onsite – 5 days) – Fulltime
Role:
Automation Architect/Lead
Experience:
12 to 15 Years
Location:
Milwaukee, WI (Onsite role – 5 days work from office)
Duration:
Fulltime
- JavaScript, Playwright, Mobile Automation, POSTMAN, Saucelabs, Java & Selenium
- Experience in Mainframe automation preferred
- 12+ years of experience in IT industry, primarily on test automation
- Worked on latest and multiple automation tools
- Review current state of test automation
- Assist in integrating tools such as JIRA, Perfecto, Sauce Labs etc into existing framework
- Define end‑to‑end automation workflow for each application service from initiation to delivery
- Provide end‑to‑end automation strategy
- Identify types of automation testing required across various business layers and recommend appropriate tools
- Set target for the automation roadmap
- Define team skills, framework, tools, and coverage
- Define CI/CD pipelines
- Define year‑to‑year productivity improvements
- Recommend process/strategy to reduce execution time
- Improve test estimation efforts
- Recommend best practices
- Provide solution approach for a given problem statement
