Your role is tosupport the ongoing development and maintenance of Big Commerce website. Assist in managing product uploads, addressing web issues, and supporting SEO initiatives to ensure a smooth an optimized online experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:

• Accurately and efficiently upload and manage new products on the Big Commerce platform.
• Coordinate with inventory team to ensure timely and accurate product launches.
• Learn the Big Commerce system and how it integrates with our tools and processes.

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to the website.
• Monitor site functionality and report or fix bugs as neededli>
• Maintain consistent site performance and user experience.

• Assist in optimizing product listings and webpages for search engine visibility.
• Apply on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, keywords, alt-text, and URL structuring.
• Stay informed of SEO trends and contribute to strategy improvements as needed.

• Maintain regular communication with the U.S based team.
• Adapt quickly to shifting project priorities while maintaining clear communication.

• Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with Big Commerce or eCommerce platforms is a plus-but not required.
• Flexibility with working hours aligned to US business hours (Central Time)
