Salesforce Business Analyst

Description

Robert Half is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst on behalf of our client. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to improve business processes and maximize the value of the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on Salesforce experience and enjoys working closely with users to gather requirements, support enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

+ Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.

+ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

+ Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and system enhancements.

+ Support Salesforce configuration, process improvements, and ongoing platform optimization.

+ Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and functional specifications.

+ Collaborate with technical teams, administrators, and business users throughout project life cycles.

+ Support project planning, implementation, testing, and post-deployment activities.

+ Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.

+ Assist with user training, adoption, and change management efforts.

+ Troubleshoot issues, support end users, and help drive resolution of system-related challenges.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Analyst, or similar role.

+ Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into system solutions.

+ Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce platform.

+ Understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, data structures, and business processes.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

+ Experience supporting projects through requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

+ Salesforce Administrator certification.

+ Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements, integrations, or platform implementations.

+

Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within Salesforce.

+ Familiarity with Agile project environments.

+ Experience working closely with cross-functional business teams.
