Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC) is looking for a technology support specialist to provide first-level support to students and staff. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot various technical issues related to personal technology, including hardware, desktop applications, and emerging technologies.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field and a passion for technology. The starting range is $21.88 - $25.74 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
