The Boldt Company is seeking a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to create innovative, end-to-end learning experiences that build capability and drive real behavior change across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Education and Learning, this role translates business needs into meaningful learning journeys that are practical, relevant, and embedded into the way work gets done. The LXD plays a key role in shaping the future of learning at Boldt by integrating AI-enabled approaches to enhance personalization, reinforcement, and learning in the flow of work—ensuring employees can apply knowledge immediately and effectively on the job.

In this role, you will design blended learning solutions, performance support tools, and scalable, facilitation-ready programs that align with Boldt's culture and operating model. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of experience in learning or instructional design, strong technical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. The anticipated salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $ annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in learning design, instructional design, or capability building
• Experience with content authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience using AI tools to enhance learning or performance support
• Proven ability to design blended learning that drives behavior change (portfolio required)
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear learning objectives and solutions
• Familiarity with measuring learning impact and performance outcomes
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Share Point
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
