IT Systems Administrator; Onsite - Wisconsin

We are seeking a skilled, hands‑on IT Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, end‑user systems, and security. This is not a remote role - our ideal candidate enjoys being onsite, working directly with systems, equipment, and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. • Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Perform routine maintenance including backups, updates, and patching
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
• Provide end‑user support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Support network administration and onsite network equipment installations
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures
• Assist with security audits and data protection measures
• Collaborate with IT team members on system improvements and special projects

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Barracuda, Cloudflare, VoIP, and Cisco networking
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to non‑technical users
• Understanding of IT security best practices

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT role

AWS Cloud, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA certifications
