Requirements- 3+ years of work experience providing application support to end users
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and processes
- Experience working in Service Now
- Experience supporting and Microsoft Azure applications
- Experience with ITIL practices (Incident, Change, Problem) and ITIL Certification
- Experience working with and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Familiarity with SAP Hybris
- SQL query experience
- Experience with Postman and API calls
