The Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Consultant IV with expertise in Hyland On Base content management solutions. This role will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into functional specifications and supporting the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Top Required Skills & Experience- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with hands‑on involvement throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 2–3 years of experience working with Hyland On Base , including:
- Document Type Groups
- Document Types
- Document Retrieval
- Unity Client
- Strong knowledge of:
- Security Group Management
- Document Indexing
- Autofill Keyword Sets
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Hyland OnBase modules, including:
- Workflow
- Work View
- Document Composition
- Share Base
- Unity Forms
- Image Forms
- Docu Sign Integration
- Certifications related to:
- Business Analysis (BA)
- ADA Compliance
- Hyland On Base
- Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for OnBase developers and administrators.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify integration opportunities and system impacts.
- Assist the Project Manager with work breakdown structures, Jira task management, and meeting documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, SMEs, and technical teams.
- Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) criteria, execute test plans, and coordinate issue resolution.
- Ensure ADA compliance throughout the testing and quality assurance process.
- Support the full SDLC from requirements gathering through deployment and end-user training.
- Create user documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and how-to videos.
- Provide customer support for system functionality, policies, and business processes.
