Position: Business Account Manager (78043)

TRICOR, LLC is growing and we’re looking for a Business Account Manager (AM) to join our team. At TRICOR, Account Managers play a critical role in servicing and supporting our business clients. This role combines client relationship management, insurance knowledge, and strong organizational skills to deliver exceptional day-to-day service and ensure long-term client success.

What a Business Account Manager Will Do
  • Provide high‑level client service and focus on retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
  • Manage accurate client file documentation within agency systems.
  • Review and evaluate new and existing accounts.
  • Complete and submit applications.
  • Update or add new coverage based on client requests.
  • Pursue continuous learning to expand product knowledge and service effectiveness.
  • Represent TRICOR in the community as a trusted insurance partner.
