Loss Control Representative; Risk Control Consultant - Eastern WI

• Conduct surveys and prepare reports for the Commercial Underwriting Department
• Provide loss control assistance and advice to policyholders and agents
• Perform accident investigations and noise monitoring as part of safety assessments
• Assist policyholders in developing customized safety and training programs
• Maintain contacts with agency personnel and participate in safety meetings

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Engineering, Science, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in loss control with a multi-line insurance company or ten years in a safety-related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with diverse stakeholders
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
• Functional PC skills

• Additional certifications in safety or loss control
• Experience with safety training and program implementation
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory guidelines such as OSHA and NFPA
• Previous experience in a client-facing role within the insurance industry
