This full-time, on-site Personal Injury Litigation Attorney role is based in Pompano Beach, FL. The attorney will manage a litigation caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting and arguing motions, conducting discovery, and handling depositions. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, opposing counsel, insurance carriers, and courts; evaluating claims; preparing cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial; and maintaining accurate case files and documentation.

The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and support staff, developing litigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with all procedural and ethical requirements.

• Strong foundational knowledge of personal injury law and civil litigation, including Florida statutes and procedural rules.
• Experience preparing and arguing motions, and drafting legal memoranda and pleadings.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal courts, including filing procedures and courtroom practice.
• Background in conducting and defending depositions, and participating in trials, mediations, and hearings.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar, in good standing.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and written advocacy skills.
• Strong negotiation, client communication, and case management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in personal injury or insurance defense litigation preferred.
