Progressive is seeking an insurance defense attorney within our Bodily Injury litigation team to represent Progressive insureds and the Progressive Insurance Companies in courts and arbitration panels in all aspects of litigation. You will handle cases from start to finish, prepare pleadings, motions and trial briefs, and negotiate settlements.
You will work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports and to leverage defenses to reach positive outcomes.
