Overview This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:
Responsibilities DOT, Fleet Safety, Random drug screen / safety incident management Provides daily work direction to frontline associates Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics Leads driver meetings Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action Makes daily decisions impacting the business: including but not limited to dispatch updates, Changes in sequence & condensing, Re-delivering refused product, Overlapping dispatch needs from Local and Beloit Handles all team performance and personnel issues Cover sheets/paperwork Communication to transportation teams on estimated completion times to not incur hours of service violations Manages time and payroll systems - component pay tracking Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between 54,700$- 82,050$. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
