Pay: $18​+/hour

• Own the look, feel, and freshness of your assigned properties—making sure common areas and shared spaces shine.
• Perform deep cleans that elevate our spaces to world‑class standards—spotless floors, gleaming surfaces, and fresh scents.
• Maintain laundry rooms, hallways, and entryways with consistent weekly cleaning.
• Keep spaces fresh, inviting, and pleasant through proper scent management.
• Travel between multiple properties to ensure all residents experience the same high standard of cleanliness.
• Take initiative when something’s off—don’t wait to be told, just jump in and make it better.
• Spot fingerprints on glass and dust on vents—and take action fast before anyone else notices.
• Assist with special projects or tasks that support the larger team.
• Greet residents with a smile, respond professionally, and make people feel at home through clean spaces.
• Use scheduling tools and team software to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Stay calm, think critically, and find a solution when things don’t go to plan.
• Appreciate the little things that make a property feel clean and welcoming.
