As part of our NA Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' operations by ensuring their equipment is running at optimum levels. You will work with cutting‑edge technology and support large‑scale paper making equipment at customer facilities across North America. Opportunities may include traveling overseas, participating in machine start‑ups, or assisting in testing customer equipment delivered in North America.

• Travel to customer sites to deliver critical hands‑on support or provide remote troubleshooting assistance.
• Assist other field technicians while researching and preparing for your own service calls.
• Support large‑scale paper making equipment to move customer production and performance forward.

• Strong background in hydraulics, with mechanical and pneumatic knowledge a plus.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong PC skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
