• Skid-based design
• Cable layout/design
• PID review and data sheet review
• QA/QC of mechanical models and drawings
• Coordination with client and remote teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong documentation skills

• Understand project requirements and prepare proposals
• Develop project plans and schedules
• Manage risk registers, project acceptance criteria, and guidelines
• Maintain project schedules and report on progress
• Attend regular meetings at client sites
• Provide technical guidance to offshore teams
• Coordinate work packages with offshore teams
• Support QA/QC for production
• Contribute to workflow and team activity improvements
• Escalate issues and challenges as needed
• Maintain communication with Neilsoft sales team

• Autodesk Inventor
• Autodesk Vault
• Integration with multiple software platforms
• Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
• MS Office suite
