We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Heavy Industrial (Pulp & Paper) to lead large, multifaceted projects from concept through commissioning. This is a hands‑on, field‑based leadership role for an experienced builder who thrives in complex industrial environments and is ready to be on the road 100% of the time. The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,200 annually.

You Bring
  • Proven project leadership experience on large-scale industrial or power projects with full accountability for $50M+ scopes (larger preferred).
  • Experience delivering power generation or industrial projects (simple or combined-cycle, fossil, or similar environments)
  • Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects with full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and financial outcomes
  • A hands-on leadership style that earns respect in the field and creates alignment across craft, partners, and clients
  • Experience managing self-perform work in union environments, with a strong grasp of labor planning, productivity, and field execution
  • The ability to lead teams through complexity—removing obstacles, making clear decisions, and keeping people focused on what matters most
