Position: Client Experience Director

Overview

The Client Experience Director is a strategic client partner responsible for driving exceptional client engagement and satisfaction across assigned accounts in North America. This role ensures alignment with client business goals, identifies and builds C-level client relationships, and supports opportunities for program innovation and expansion. While not accountable for program delivery, the role is pivotal in supporting continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall client experience and financial performance.

Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic point of contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Lead client account planning and engagement strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction, client retention, and growth.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for cross-sell and upsell in collaboration with solution and delivery teams.
  • Monitor and influence client profitability through strategic planning, delivery innovation, and partnership.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives tailored to client needs and evolving market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service offerings with client expectations and business outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally, advocating for enhancements and innovations.

    Head of Client Experience, NA & LATAM
  • Location:

    Remote, US
  • Travel:
    As required for specific client engagements – estimated 20% of time.
  • Language:
    English fluency required;
    Spanish is a plus.
  • Collaborates closely with the Delivery and Solutions teams.
  • May participate in executive steering committees and client governance forums.
  • Supports internal initiatives to enhance the client experience framework.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in client-facing roles within RPO at a manager or director level.
  • Proven experience managing senior-level clients and internal relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of client profitability levers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
