We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on General Manager to lead both the Spring Hill Suites and Fairfield Inn in Wisconsin Dells, two strong Marriott select‑service assets in a high‑demand leisure market.
Position OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of both properties. This role requires a high‑energy leader with strong operational discipline, financial acumen, and a proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, revenue performance, and team development. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable managing a multi‑property operation with high seasonal variability.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership- Oversee all daily operations for both hotels, ensuring adherence to Marriott brand standards and Janus Hotels & Resorts policies.
- Maintain the highest levels of service delivery, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Lead property teams to consistently achieve top‑tier GSS scores and brand compliance metrics.
- Manage financial performance across both assets, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
- Drive revenue optimization through effective revenue management, rate strategy, and occupancy tactics.
- Control departmental expenses; ensure strong flow‑through and cost discipline across Rooms, F&B, and A&G.
- Analyze financial statements, STR reports, labor performance, and market trends to make data‑driven decisions.
- Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders and staff across both hotels.
- Build a culture of accountability, guest focus, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper staffing levels, scheduling efficiency, and labor management aligned with business volumes.
- Champion a guest‑first culture that results in superior service delivery and problem resolution.
- Maintain strong visibility on the floor and lead by example in all guest interactions.
- Address escalated guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure full compliance with Marriott operating standards, policies, audits, and quality assurance programs.
- Maintain all licensing, health & safety, and regulatory requirements for both properties.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, safety programs, and facility upkeep.
- Communicate regularly with the Regional Director of Operations and ownership group on performance, opportunities, and property needs.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating reports.
- Execute ownership initiatives and operational directives promptly and thoroughly.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel management experience; multi‑property or Marriott select‑service experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success in operational leadership, financial performance, and team development.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and P&L analysis.
- Experience with Marriott systems (MI, FOSSE/Opera, GXP, MARSHA, GSS, MRDW) preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, highly seasonal market environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $ per year
