As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch, including managing day-to-day operations, providing leadership, and overseeing business development.

• EXPERIENCED
  :
  Current/Previous experience within Fire Protection;
  Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and contract management along with strong leadership skills
• ORGANIZED
  :
  Able to prioritize and follow up to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A COMMUNICATOR
  :
  Effectively communicate and present both verbally and written to varied levels of audiences
• EDUCATED
  :
  Relevant field, design, sales or project management experience;
  Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field or equivalent experience is a plus

• MANAGE
  :
  Oversee all operations of the branch, ensuring the effective management of projects, contracts, estimates, client relationships, vendor partnerships, resources, and personnel
• EXECUTE
  :
  Identify and implement market strategies to build the local share of market
• FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
  :
  Prepare and manage branch budgets and monitor overall financial performance; full P&L responsibility
• LEAD
  :
  Utilize previous knowledge to teach, train, and guide your team towards success
• BUILD RELATIONSHIPS
  :
  Communicate with clients, project teams, and F.E. Moran employees to build honest and trusting relationships
• FIELD RECRUITMENT
  :
  With WI requiring licensed fitters, the ability to entice, draw and build a solid field team
