, to appoint a key commercial leader. The organisation is entering a pivotal growth phase expanding beyond core supply into major project business, infrastructure investment, and data centre markets

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead a $600–700M revenue vertical and play a central role in shaping the future commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the President, this is a high-impact, enterprise leadership role with significant influence over growth, structure, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and scale the Construction & Commercial sales division (70% of total revenue).
  • Drive strategic growth across large-scale project business (incl. infrastructure and data centres).
  • Transition the business from transactional supply to project-led engagement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales organisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across operations and supply chain.
  • Contribute to long-term organisational design and leadership capability.
Ideal Profile
  • Proven leadership within electrical distribution.
  • Strong exposure to project-based commercial sales environments.
  • Deep understanding of contractor-led markets.
