** The Branch Manager oversees daily store operations to achieve or
** advance
* * sales and margin goals. This involves promoting sales, delivering excellent customer service,
** nurturing
* * inventory levels, and
** balancing
* * expenses through purchase
** supporting**. Additionally, the Branch Manager

* Provide professional customer service for all internal and external customers and call-in product, pricing, and technical inquiries.
* ** Support

* * new business opportunities.
* ** Support the flow of
** accurate and timely daily processing of financial transactions, including cash reports, charge tickets, coding, costing, pricing, daily cash summaries, and bank deposits.

* * the accuracy of back order, open order, and Purchase Order (PO) expedite reports.
* ** Cultivate and refine
** appropriate cylinder and hard goods inventory levels for the branch.
* ** Facilitate and lead
** training for inside sales associates on product knowledge, company policies, processes, procedures, and safety,
** ensuring the confidence that
** all associates can
** perform
* * essential branch functions.
* Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch associates.
* Act as a

* * between employees an* ## Previous
** management experience
** in a customer facing environment.
* Background in supporting and leading teams within a
** retail or industrial distribution environment.
*** Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with the aid of material handling equipment.
* ** Proficient
* * computer skills and an interest in learning new digital tools.
** The ability to navigate
** multiple priorities concurrently
* ** Self-motivate

* ** Excellent

** A track record of meaningful contributions
** in the welding, gas, or safety industry.
* 5+ years’ experience in sales with a
** track record of meaningful contributions**.
* Experience with
** inventory cultivation

** vendor relationship
** support.
3+ years of experience in a role focused on
** nurturing team growth
