We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff.
- Manage shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of production and customer orders.
- Maintain 99%+ on-time shipping and inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate logistics, freight carriers, and customer distribution portals.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures.
- 5+ years of warehouse and logistics management experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- ERP and inventory management experience required;
Sage X3 experience is a plus. - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
