Credit Trainee –This role is part of a Credit Trainee Program designed to accelerate your career in credit. The program lasts 8–12 months and includes experience in the warehouse, sales counter, ride‑along with delivery drivers, and shadowing operations while learning the technical aspects of extending trade credit.

- 0–3 years of work experience after earning a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑service driven company and a strong desire to enter a career credit development program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including face‑to‑face, phone, and group presentation.
- Ability to build relationships with high emotional intelligence and people skills is a must.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
Graduates of the program progress to Credit Manager, managing a portfolio of accounts with significant receivables, building relationships with customers and sales, and driving business growth. Successful Credit Managers move into the Area Credit Manager role, taking on greater A/R responsibilities and people management.
Location / RelocationThe initial training location is Appleton, WI for the first 8–12 months.
You must be open to relocating to Columbus, OH after your training program. A relocation allowance will be provided.

Pay Range$22.60 – $33.89
Estimated ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.
