Client Advisory Services Director

Premier Financial Search is partnering with a growing firm seeking an experienced leader to oversee and expand their Client Advisory Services (CAS) practice.

This role offers the opportunity to drive department strategy, lead high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued growth of a dynamic advisory practice.

• Lead the overall direction, growth, and strategic planning of the CAS department
• Build, mentor, and develop managers and team members to support a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients while serving as a trusted business advisor
• Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting and advisory services to ensure quality and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance processes, and implement technology solutions
• Partner with firm leadership on budgeting, pricing strategies, and practice growth initiatives
• Drive business development efforts through client expansion, referrals, and new relationships
• Monitor department performance metrics, profitability, and engagement success across the practice

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience within accounting and client advisory services
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and client relationships
• Proven track record of growing and managing a successful CAS practice
• CPA designation highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll tax compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
• Ability to lead operational improvements and leverage technology to increase efficiency

Compensation ranges from $165,000–$200,000 annually, depending on experience.
