The Residential Install Supervisor oversees the daily operations and overall performance of the Residential installation crews. This role manages a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency, and maintaining excellence in quality and customer focus. The Residential Install Supervisor is responsible for helping achieve departmental goals, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Supervision and Leadership:
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate department staff to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Assist in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Day-to-Day Operations and Policies:
  • Assist in managing employee schedules and hours.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Driving Change:
  • Be a driver of change within the department to support strategic initiatives.

Effective communication, adaptability, and a proactive approach are key to successfully fulfilling these responsibilities.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proven track record of leading a team and achieving operational goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of business goals and standards.

The Residential Install Supervisor typically works in and out of the office on a daily basis. They will work in the office assisting Product Specialists, Project Managers and Glass Shop Technicians while also working out in the field with the Installers.
