Purpose Statement
Responsible for working with the site Customer teams, site Functional teams, i.e. Engineering, Quality, etc., to successfully introduce new products into the site, and to lead a team that will supplement the customer focus teams during new product introductions (NPI).
Key Job Accountabilities- Continuously evaluate NPI methodology for effectiveness.
- Work closely with Customer Managers/Customer Directors to stay on the forefront of new business awards to ensure early engagement of the NPI Team.
- Develop a methodical NPI approach in regards to customer engagement, APQP, FAI, qualification, and quote to actual gap analysis.
- Hold the team accountable for demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Lead evaluates potential, drives succession planning, and ensures team members receive the development and coaching needed to realize their full potential.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Salary Range: $97,900.00 - $
