Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Maintain financial records using Quick Books Online.
• Manage expenses and billing, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Conduct audits and reconciliations, manage accounts receivable, and oversee incentive processes.
• Collaborate with branches on financial operations, including tax filings and cost control measures.

Payroll Processing & HR:

• Oversee payroll, including hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Manage wage deductions, incentives, and compensation programs.
• Maintain meticulous payroll records and handle end‑of‑year documentation.
• Administer health plans and manage employee benefits.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage general business files and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with FMSCA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee leases, assets, property management, and reporting duties.

Performance Reporting & Management:

• Conduct performance reporting and forecasting.
• Manage Key Performance Metrics and ensure integrity in tracking and reporting.

Culture and Reputation:

• Promote and embody the company's core values and mission.
• Lead and inspire the team, maintaining high standards and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Valid CPA certification in compliance with the state Board of Accountancy regulations.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• 3+ years of experience in financial management and administration.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online, ADP Run, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of tax filing and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Salary: The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. The expected range is $65,000 - $80,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and performance incentives.
