Mr. Splash Car Wash is growing across Dane County, and we’re looking for a District Manager to help lead that expansion in the field!

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone ready for the next step in their career—someone who enjoys being in stores, developing strong General Managers and teams, and driving consistent operational and membership performance across multiple locations.

You’ll be responsible for coaching leaders, tightening execution, and ensuring every site runs to brand standards, while staying close enough to the business to solve problems in real time. This isn’t an executive desk role, but it is a step up in scope and responsibility for someone who wants to grow into multi‑unit leadership and have a direct impact on how the district performs day to day.

• Lead and develop General Managers across multiple locations.
• Be a visible, active presence in stores every day — not just on paper.
• Drive strong operations, staffing, and customer service standards district‑wide.
• Coach, train, and hold your team accountable to a high bar.
• Own the performance and culture of your district.

• Experience leading a team or running a location — car wash, QSR, retail, or another fast‑paced service environment.
• A track record of developing people and building strong teams.
• A hands‑on, in‑the‑field leadership style.
• Comfort holding people accountable with clarity and respect.
• Flexibility to work 45‑55 hours a week, including evenings and weekends.

• 3‑5 Years of strong leadership experience. (Leading a team or running a location)

• Strong ability to maintain standards, drive consistency, and ensure stores are clean, staffed, and running efficiently day to day.
• Comfortable using KPI's (membership growth, retention, labor, and sales metrics) to identify gaps, coach performance, and execute improvements quickly.
• Flexibility to work 45‑55 hours a week, including evenings and weekends.

• Car Wash management experience or experience in a fast‑paced service environment.
• Experience in membership‑based or high‑volume retail environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Physically fit and expected to work in all types of weather. (Working shifts may range between 8‑14 hours long and may include evenings and weekends.)
