Community Supported Living Program Manager

The CSL Program Manager is responsible for directing and supporting all aspects of operations for Community Supported Living in their region. The CSL Program Manager will work with key functional areas to ensure quality supports and budget compliance and is responsible for the implementation of Individual and Behavioral Support Plans, supervision of individuals' supports and overseeing ongoing development of programs. Counties covered:
Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, and Waupaca

Responsibilities and duties include supervising Direct Support Professionals, ensuring the needs and desires of the individuals are met or exceeded, managing personnel and ensuring staff coverage of the program at all times, creating and maintaining a safe environment in the home, establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and other duties as assigned.

Education:

Associate degree or higher

Experience and qualifications include 1 – 3 years of experience managing behaviors and diverse medical needs, strong leadership and development skills, proficiency in MS Office products, ability to motivate others, conflict resolution and emotional intelligence, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, knowledge with managing a budget, and flexibility - available 24/7 to meet the needs of the program.

Work environment includes work performed in a variety of environments - community-based as well as office. May include light to moderate lifting, bending, and walking. Traveling is required.
