Position Overview
Lead collaborative efforts in support of optimizing the facilities network, establishing robust lifecycle project management of all network expansions, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs.
Essential Functions- Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure all components and opportunities, etc. are identified, assigned, completed, and implemented.
- Lead the initial and ongoing prioritization and alignment of network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs ensuring results meet customer expectations.
- Drive asset optimization leveraging data and ensuring results are delivered on time and to specification for network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs.
- Lead vendor performance and accountability for adherence to contractual obligation, project completion to specification, and approved funding and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by proactively managing all aspects of regulatory and internal compliance.
- Develop policies, procedures and job aids and ensure consistent application.
- Participate in the development of facility capital, global expense long range outlooks, annual budget, and manage annually to fiscal plan.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus five (5) years related project management or analytical experience in facility administration, construction, design, planning, real estate, or other related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
- Strong presentation skills required to communicate strategies and solutions.
- Excellent critical thinking, advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
- Solid time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize concepts or ideas in a logical manner and communicate them clearly and concisely across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Must be able to travel.
PayAnnual Salary: $75,488.00 - $.
The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). This range represents the minimum and maximum for all levels. Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.
