Ariens Co in Brillion, WI is seeking a Team Leader for our Facilities team to lead daily operations, coordinate custodial activities on 1st and 2nd shifts, and coach the Facilities staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will train employees, manage standard work, drive continuous improvement with Lean and 6S, handle purchasing/invoicing as needed, and serve as backup to the Facilities Manager. Occasional travel to Kenosha may be required.
