Rehlko Power Systems is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of Sales Coordinators responsible for coordinating the shipment of finished goods to customers and distributors. This critical leadership role oversees transportation planning, order fulfillment, shipment execution, and customer communication to ensure on-time delivery, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience. The Sales Operations Supervisor will serve as a key liaison between customers, transportation partners, manufacturing, warehousing, and sales teams while driving continuous improvement across logistics operations.
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Coordinators responsible for shipment planning, transportation management, order fulfillment, and customer communication.
* Establish clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
* Provide ongoing training and guidance on logistics processes, transportation systems, customer communication, and best practices for shipment execution.
* Oversee the coordination and execution of finished goods shipments to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
