Sky Water Search Partners is partnering with a growing industrial coatings contractor in the Twin Cities to hire an Estimating Manager. This role will own the estimating function, build a cost catalog, and lead a small team of estimators across lump-sum, time & material, unit-price, and mixed proposals.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in a technical contracting field, deep knowledge of industry standards and production-rate libraries, and hands-on experience with Procore.
