SummaryWe are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in the electronics manufacturing sector. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Located in the heart of our operations, this position contributes significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain a high quality level related to machine performance, machine utilization, downtime improvement efforts, and efficient use of equipment (Equipment/Process Optimization).
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to production machine operators, process engineering, and quality to assure all products and processes are implemented and validated.
- Perform thermal profile development.
- Provide team support to define and specify new equipment and new technology/equipment implementation.
- Comprehend and utilize technical service manuals and service bulletins.
- Train and equip operators and new technicians with necessary knowledge to operate equipment and perform appropriate program adjustments.
- Main contact and interface with customers/suppliers on equipment/programming issues.
- Minimum of 2‑year associate’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Technology or Electronic Technology.
- Two to five years of Equipment/Process Technician training and experience internally or with another ECM specifically responsible for process and equipment performance.
- Previous training and knowledge in electronics automation equipment, including mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, within an electronics production environment.
- Possess electro‑mechanical, manufacturing systems or equivalent experience.
