Production Technician- Somerset, WI

Schwing Bioset, Inc. (located in Somerset, WI) is a pioneer in developing high performance, material handling solutions dedicated to serving the wastewater, mining, and industrial markets with specialized pumps and engineered solutions in wastewater treatment plants, mines, dredging, both US and international markets. SBI is seeking a Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance.

This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The primary responsibility is to work as a member of the production team in assembling all parts and equipment necessary to complete production requirements.

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• At least one year on a manufacturing floor.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge required.
• Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand several hours during an 8-hour shift.
• Must be flexible to work extra hours when needed.
• Self-starter who is disciplined, dependable, and resourceful.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
