Responsibilities
- Ability to perform the physical tasks required of this position.
- Ability to obtain a forklift license.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to attend and participate in monthly set-up technician meetings and training sessions.
- Participate in overtime projects (as necessary) and occasionally overlap on other shifts to assure coverage during set-up a technician’s absence.
- Previous experience a “plus”.
- Ability to read and interpret process set-up sheets.
- Ability to manipulate machine controls, so as to achieve desired parameters as called out for on process set-up sheets.
- Ability to install molds in molding machines, observing all safety factors related to machine, mold and personnel.
- Ability to stage and set-up secondary equipment, including hot stampers, ultra-sonic welders, drill fixtures, etc.
