Maintenance Manager
Location: Wisconsin Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift Industry: Food Manufacturing
Position Overview
A well-established, multi-generation food manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fully automated facility. This role oversees all equipment and facility maintenance while managing a team of four Maintenance Technicians and partnering closely with plant leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs
- Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment
- Manage maintenance and capital project budgets
- Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians
- Maintain accurate records to ensure GMP and FSMA compliance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Plant Manager and cross-functional teams
- Maintenance leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Strong background in automated production equipment
- Knowledge of GMP, FSMA, and food safety standards
- Experience with capital projects and budget management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
